Order Confirmation:

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, confirming your purchase and detailing the items you have ordered.


You can pay with your credit card or Paypal account. All payments are processed through Paypal or Stripe. Your credit card details are not revealed to us, and are never stored on our server or database. For further information on the payment process via Paypal or stripe.


All orders will be posted with tracking.
The carrier we choose may vary depending on the size of the item and from one order to another. We will inform you as soon as possible of the tracking number as well as the chosen carrier.
You can choose which type of delivery you prefer.

If the product is already manufactured and in our stock, the shipment takes approximately 5 days following your purchase on the website. If you have ordered a product that is listed as a pre-order, the shipment will be made starting from the third week following your purchase.

The time taken to receive your order will vary according to the shipping method used. 
Please be aware that the delivery times for international orders may differ significantly from one country to another. If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will provide further guidance.

Returns policy:

If you are in France, in accordance with the french law, returns are possible up to two weeks after receiving your items. Returned clothing must be in its original packaging and should not have been worn or damaged. For other items purchased on Ajile.life, such as books, returns are not possible.

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact customer service (ajilelife@gmail.com) with the order number and name associated with the purchase in the email subject line.
- Attach a photo of the product, along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- We will respond as soon as possible with the return shipping process.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund will be processed once we receive the merchandise, using the payment method that was used during the purchase.
